• Qualified purchasers as defined under Section 2(a)(51) of the Investment Company Act of 1940
• Non-U.S. persons for purposes of Regulation S offerings
• Deal sponsors, originators, and other authorized parties

By accessing our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

OKETO provides a platform for connecting investors with investment opportunities. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

OKETO is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of any sponsor, issuer, or investment opportunity presented on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OKETO Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall OKETO's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the amounts paid by you to OKETO, if any, during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
